I am slightly embarrassed for my short hiatus, but I feel that I have a good excuse! The hubs and I left on Thanksgiving Day for our belated 2–week honeymoon to Taiwan and Australia. We had a blast being on the other side of the world, but we're extremely excited to be back in the States. The day after we landed, we closed on our new home and it's been exhausting doing the official move!
If you follow my Instagram account, you might be caught up on the great food, amazing landscapes, and fun shenanigans we've been up to in the southern hemisphere. If not, hold onto your socks for upcoming posts! Today, I'm sharing one of the most memorable places we visited: Whitehaven Beach. It might be the dead of winter here in the U.S., but it was beautiful summertime in Australia. And what you see in the pictures is REAL and unedited pure, white silica sand with gradients of blue ocean waves. This was by far the most pristine beach we've ever set foot on and a favorite for sure!
Traditional holiday photos will come since we're finally home! But for now... these are our memories of December days in perfect white sand.
